Organizing an Online Business
First of all – I LOVE ORGANIZING! I love organizing my pantry, my closet, the kids clothes by season, every room in the house —- and YES I love to organize INSIDE my business too!! If you know, you know.
I think organization in all places brings peace + calm. Especially in business. Here are some things I did different upon starting my New Wellness Business: to not only ORGANIZE IT but to set it up to SCALE FAST!
- I opened a new gmail account. I need to sort and compartmentalize my emails. Especially all the emails coming in from a brand new business! So sullinswellness@gmail.com here we go!
- I opened a google drive folder for my team. We have our onboarding University Training inside. As each new ambassador joins our team – they can get a fast start training system: 1) Product Training, 2) Pay Plan Training, 3) Your Plan + Your Ambassador Tools
- Organize all important info I need all the time into the NOTES APP on my phone. I started a new folder with my Company’s name and created a note for important items like: 1) My storefront link, 2) Wellness Bundles at discount, 3) Promos this month, 4) Events this week for the team, 5) My email link of course to send anyone interested in learning more about my new biz!
- I signed up with a new email provider – flodesk! I had a different one before and it didnt really do the job. People DO OPEN EMAIL 🙂 But it’s definitely easier if its FUN + EASY to read with photos and visually organized. This email system has been how I enrolled almost every single ambassador in the past 2 weeks! It’s simple bc you can just browse, shop and start on your own schedule! (PS what I also love about flodesk is – lets say you sign up for an account and you are on my team….I can share my email templates with you and you can simply EDIT THEM TO MAKE THEM YOUR OWN! Versus starting from scratch! ahhh love!)
- SYSTEMS + MORE SYSTEMS: Systems allow you to create something ONE TIME and then give it to your team for them to use. Systems allow you to put out one piece of content and allows who is interested to simply shop or enroll. So thats me!! If you join my team….you will be getting complete training to start (and its already recorded + ready for you to watch right now) as well as my systems and mentorship to guide you to build the business of your dreams!!! I will say I am known for – confidently helping my new ambassadors get their first customers, their first ambassadors + their first paychecks!!! I’m also strong in building 6 figure earners in direct sales!! We are building FASTER than the FIRST TIME and I want to say thank you for taking this amazing ride with me!!!!
