I found the hardest part of the jumpstart was honestly just starting! Once I committed to a date, the program was easy to follow. I stayed consistent with workouts & nutrition which in turn had positive impacts on my digestion, sleep & moods. I lost 5.4 pounds & an entire inch from my waist. More importantly I created a habit which includes movement & mindfulness of what I eat! I can’t wait to continue my journey well past these initial 21 days!
